What is it?

Schloss Zell is made according to special selection methods, natural refermentation transforms this cuvée into a delightful sparkling wine. The natural fermentation process creates carbon dioxide and alcohol that remain trapped in the cuvée. With at least six months ageing guaranteed, the matured sparkling wine’s residual sugar is harmonized to create a pleasing balance prior to bottling.
