What is it?

Cava is the bench mark of Spanish sparkling wine, mostly made with 3 grapes Xarello, Macabeo and Parellad, except the difference in the region and grape variety, Cava is produced in the same way as Champagne in France. The clean, persistent bubbles produce a delicate mousse with aromas of young varietal wines and citrus fruit. On the palate it is fresh with well balanced sweetness and acidity. Cava is another economic alternative for Champagne lovers.
