What is it?

This wine comes from the North Eastern part of the Douro River, dry and moutainous topography somehow protect the wines from fungus disease and very little Atlantic influence broutht some moistrue also made the land more fertile, the wines produced are deep in color and bold, plenty of tannin made these wine suitable for ageing.
