What is it?

Müller-Thurgau is a white wine grape variety used predominantly in Germany.
Its wines are generally light with a flowery bouquet and with less acidity than Riesling.

Müller-Thurgau is a white grape variety (sp. Vitis vinifera) which was created by Hermann Müller from the Swiss Canton of Thurgau in 1882. It is a crossing of Riesling with Madeleine Royale.
The wines are best consumed while fresh and young.
