Grape – Zinfandel

What is it?

Zinfandel is a very popular grape in California.
The wines produced from this grape are rich, full bodied and high in alcohol. Displaying flavours of black and dried fruits, with a hint of both sweetness and spice.
A lot of Zinfandel in California is made into Rose wines known as white Zinfandel.

Zinfandel’s DNA shows its identical to Italian Primitivo, however, these two wines growing in different regions display a huge difference in their characters  and taste, definitely both are worth to try.
