What is it?

Sangiovese is one of Italy’s most important black grape varieties, grown mostly in Central Italy.
Toscan, Chianti and Chianti Classico produce 100% Sangiovese wines with medium to high level tannins and high acidity.
Flavours include both plum and herbal notes.
