Grape – Shiraz Syrah

What is it?

Shiraz is a small darkly colored grape. It produces wines that are deeply colored with medium or high levels of tannins and medium acidity.
The wines are usually full-bodied and generally have black fruit, dark chocolate and black pepper aromas.

Shiraz is known as Syrah in France, now Shiraz has built a strong link to its new homeland in Australia.
The color of the grape and wine usually has a very dark color, we say dark as night.
